Fairly clean accommodation, excellent and efficient staff by that receptionist. Savoury and good options for breakfast with instant coffee and salmon and even fresh soup. Location - magnificent, near to a designed restaurant as well as the center of Prague. A pretty standard and modern hotel, my first choice in Prague.

Room very clean! The tram goes directly in front of the hotel into the city centre!
Everything only Russian, English and Czech! Communication is also difficult at the reception desk. No direct house connection to the underground car park! Windows are hard to open. Heating was cold!

Staff was nice, breakfast was nice, poor selection, but nice to have it. Bar had ok prices for drinks, but closed early.
Was not worth the money, and pictures shown on the internet look nothing like the real rooms. Bar closed too early, and anything extra (pool, spa, tennis, and work out room...) cost more money, and was not worth the money.

Consider booking a wellness service like a massage to unwind after sightseeing. It was a perfect addition to our stay.

The breakfast was savoury at the front desk, and the food was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and helped with the private parking.

Free wi-fi in the lobby, a toilet separate from the shower.
Staff ignored my request for a quiet room. Noisy, over heated, facilities are past their best and you have to be quick and assertive to get any of the rather basic breakfast.

The tram stop is just outside the hotel, and this tram stop is about 10 mins from the city centre, making travelling very convenient. It is only 3 stops from the Praha N. H. train station and only 1 stop from the Green Metro Line for the airport bus connection. The service staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. With a small fee of 100 Kc, guests can use the swimming pool. (Bring your own towel from the room if you don't want to pay another 20 Kc.)
WiFi is only available in the lobby area, which makes surfing a little more tedious. There are also very few electrical sockets to charge the laptops while surfing. Bottled drinking water is not provided.

great access to parks and central landmarks for city strolls
It was wonderful being within walking distance to the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord and just a short stroll to the National Monument on Vitkov, made my city exploration so easy and enjoyable. Being a single traveler, I appreciated the clean and renovated room that provided me with a pleasant retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Hotel location is excellent. In front of the hotel is a tram station. No. 9 goes directly to the city. it is enough to step out at the National Theatre and within 5 minutes you will be on the Charles Bridge. This hotel is suitable especially for families with children. We had an apartment for 4 people with two separate rooms, which were big enough for all. We parked the car in the garage and ride the tram as needed. Reception staff was very friendly. During our stay there were a lot of tours of young people from different countries but there was no noise or trouble, perhaps because the apartments are on different side oh the hotel. We paid our accomodation in euros which is better than to change money into Czech crowns.
In the bathroom there were no hanger to hange the towels and there was no shower gel, just a soaps. But it was clean. Breakfast was very satisfying, especially the hot dogs which were very tasty. Selection is not great but for that price is quite OK. Staff in the restaurant was also kind but I highly recommend them to change the tablecloths more often.
